Meet Kate Albers, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work

Kate was handpicked to work here at Gray Rock! With a deep commitment to mental wellness and a knack for using humor to create a comfortable environment, Kate is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s complexities.
Kate is now a Supervisee in Social Work after graduating with her Master in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Kate is an advocate at heart, bringing a fresh perspective to her work with her clients. She is passionate about empowering and challenging her clients to recognize their strengths in order to help promote their overall well-being and quality of life.
Kate offers individual counseling ages 17+ in-person and telehealth. She specializes in high functioning anxiety, depression, men’s issues, college/ young adult adjustment, and “failure to launch” syndrome.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys reading, crocheting, playing piano, and spending quality time with her family, husband, and two kitties.
