We are recruiting a licensed clinician—especially an LMFT—who is passionate about family therapy.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys clinical work and wants to build something meaningful together. There is no current waitlist, so the role is best suited for someone comfortable with a slower start and excited about being part of a collaborative, client-centered practice. 

This is a hybrid position and offers flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

-Be understanding, compassionate, and warm toward clients.

– Provide therapy to families dealing with issues like communication problems, divorce, parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, etc.

-Be knowledgeable about therapeutic modalities and techniques as well as the DSM.

-Work as part of a team willing to assist with administrative tasks. 

-Maintain clinical records and adhere to legal and ethical standards of practice. We utilize Simple Practice as our EMR.
